The hotel sits on Khaniyara Road in Darnu, on the Dharamshala side of the valley, with the mountains on one horizon and the valley on the other. Rooms face either the mountains or the valley depending on the type.

Behind the modern facade is a large, spacious reception and lobby that gives groups and families room to gather before heading out. There are 24 rooms across 6 room types, from Standard through to the Maharaja and Maharani Suites, and guests write most often about the staff and the food.
